Norwalk

Norwalk's segment of the Atlantic Circuit Trail offers a different experience for trail users. More than 95 percent of the current route follows road shoulders beside whizzing cars, but that is bound to change in the future with a proposed backpacking footpath along the Merritt Parkway. For now, users must navigate a dense network of suburban roads with only one short break through woodland along a short neighborhood trail.
