In Kingston, the Atlantic Circuit Trail connects Kingston State Forest and Camp Nekon with the Bay Circuit Trail, a 200+ mile hiking and mountain biking trail running north around Boston to the town of Newburyport on the North Shore. A major on-road gap currently exists between Camp Nekon and the Bay Circuit Trail.
