Fairfield County

The Atlantic Circuit Trail in Fairfield County winds through the Connecticut Panhandle, mostly between Interstate 95 and the Merritt Parkway, passing through surprisingly rural areas and scenic parks. More than 80 percent of the current route follows paved roads, while we await a footpath along the Merritt Parkway.
